The company may acquire, sell, use and manage real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, agencies and sales offices, participate in other companies, acquire or establish similar or related companies, grant loans to companies of the Roche group or provide other financing services, including guarantees, fiduciary assignments, assignments or liquidity compensation or concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) with periodic account settlement, possibly assuming cluster risks, and perform all other legal acts that are suitable to promote the company's purpose directly or indirectly.
