The company's purpose is to manufacture and distribute radioisotopes and manufacturing sets for radiopharmaceuticals, as well as to provide related services. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, merge with other companies, and acquire, hold, finance, or sell participations in other companies of any kind in Switzerland or abroad. Furthermore, the company may acquire, hold, and sell intellectual property rights and licenses of any kind, and grant licenses. The company may enter into all commercial, contractual, and financial transactions that are suitable to promote the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may acquire, hold, and sell real estate, except for real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). In particular, the company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financings to its direct and indirect subsidiaries, as well as to third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide security for their liabilities of any kind, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of assets in the company or guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or not.
