The company's purpose is the acquisition and administration of participations, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, as a representative or in a fiduciary capacity, in commercial, industrial, financial and real estate companies, located in Switzerland or abroad, through the acquisition of shares, bonds, participations, holding of claims or any other suitable form, as well as the purchase, sale and development of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
