The purpose of the parish foundation is to enable the Roman Catholic Church to exercise pastoral care in the area of the canonically defined parish of Freienbach and to enable the Roman Catholic inhabitants of this parish area to fulfill their ecclesiastical-religious duties by making church properties available and facilitating them through the corresponding returns. It guarantees the Roman Catholic cult and contributes to the maintenance of the church assets made available within the framework of ordinary administration. In particular, the parish foundation makes its assets and returns available to the holder of the church office associated with the foundation as a benefice. This applies to both personnel and material needs. Specifically, the parish foundation contributes to the remuneration of the clergy appointed to the church office or the parish administrator appointed by the diocesan bishop during his term of office, within the framework of ordinary administration and to the extent of its financial capabilities. The financing of the material needs of the church office is secured by the patronal obligation of the members of the parish.
