The association can establish branches and subsidiaries both domestically and internationally and participate in other companies both domestically and internationally, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The association can acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real estate both domestically and internationally. It can also arrange financing on its own or another's account and provide securities for the liabilities of affiliated companies.
