public interest: a) to promote the realization of the Broye service station on the N1 in Lully, while respecting the character and environment of the region; b) to present a positive, attractive and dynamic image of the canton of Fribourg and its activities; c) to promote and develop products and services from the Broye region and the canton of Fribourg by granting operating rights; d) to involve public law corporations and interested professional associations in the promotion and development of this service station.
