The foundation aims to promote and financially support children of pre-school age and their families in the region of Central Switzerland. The foundation can cooperate with and/or support other organizations. It can, in agreement with the supervisory authority, establish and operate other legal entities and merge with other foundations under the conditions of Art. 78 FusG and subject to the approval of the supervisory authority, provided that this serves the foundation's purpose. The foundation has a non-profit character; it does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes. The board of trustees can use the entire foundation assets, and not just the proceeds, to achieve the purpose (expenditure foundation). The board of trustees ensures that the foundation assets are used and exhausted in accordance with the purpose approximately 20 years after the death of the founder. This is to avoid the perpetuation of the foundation and at the same time ensure that the intended purpose is substantially achieved with the foundation assets. The founder expressly reserves the right to amend the purpose pursuant to Art. 86a ZGB.
