Realization of the Rotary objective in the sense of service to one's neighbor, and in particular through assistance to people in need or distress, both domestically and internationally; assistance to elderly, needy, and sick people, education and promotion of local youth through the granting of scholarships, cost subsidies, or interest-free loans, promotion of international apprenticeship, student, or student exchanges, which serve to improve understanding among peoples; can act on its own initiative or participate in or support actions carried out by other organizations with similar objectives.
