The company's purpose is to carry out civil engineering works, pulling and laying cables, particularly in fiber optics, renting, with or without an operator, machines, tools, construction equipment, and vehicles, as well as, where applicable, trading in equipment related to these activities. It can also carry out light roadworks and tarring, as well as the transport of goods, materials, equipment, and vehicles, exterior renovations and improvements, and earthmoving. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable property (excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
