The purpose of the company is: for clients: consulting services for the realization of construction, transformation and renovation projects, study of remediation methods in case of damage or defects, analysis of technical solutions and cost definition, monitoring and management of construction sites; for construction companies: consulting, assistance and training in both administrative and technical fields; administrative services including human resources management, payroll, accounting and auditing; technical services including construction management, tender preparation, analysis and auditing, management of association secretariats, IT services including infrastructure consulting and development of customized applications. The company may also: a) carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter only if they are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); b) acquire participations in other companies; c) in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
