The company's purpose is to engage in all activities including buying, selling, brokering, managing and administering, in the fields of real estate and art objects (in particular paintings and sculptures), except for operations prohibited in Switzerland by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose: carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except for operations prohibited by LFAIE, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, or acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose; create branches in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests; conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
