The purpose of the company is to improve the housing conditions of the entire population at favorable prices and for public benefit: a) by building rental buildings that meet modern hygiene and domestic economy requirements and are intended for families of modest means; b) by building groups of family homes in the same vein; c) renting apartments according to a special regulation; d) making plots of land available to tenants for cultivation; e) receiving, acquiring, selling, and exchanging all built or unbuilt properties (excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), constructing and operating all rental or other properties, either directly or indirectly, or through leasing or other forms of these properties; f) participating directly or indirectly in all real estate transactions, as well as concluding all operations aimed at achieving the main purpose, in particular by concluding primarily mortgage loans. The company's main purpose is within the framework of federal and cantonal laws promoting construction and access to property, encouraging the construction of rental housing. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches, - in general, engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
