The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, holding, construction, transformation and development of real estate of any kind, as well as all related services, in particular brokerage, management, administration and rental of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may: - carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; - establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
