The core activity of S4P is to advise and support companies in the automotive industry in optimizing processes and technologies in the field of surface coating of car bodies and plastic parts. This includes in particular the areas of: Moulding Technology (tool management, mold flow and weakness analysis), Painting Technology (facility planning, robot programming, color dosing, live monitoring and preventive maintenance), Chroming Technology (trivalent chrome know-how, analysis and improvement of galvanizing processes), and Quality Technology (project management, APQP support, supplier development and qualification, process development and implementation according to ISO-TS16949 and VDA 6.3). The company also offers training and further education opportunities in the field of surface coating (S4P Academy).
