The company's purpose is: the exercise of all activities as an independent control body for low-voltage electrical installations, notably: the execution of technical controls of electrical installations in accordance with the Low Voltage Electrical Installations Ordinance (OIBT); the establishment of safety reports certifying the conformity of electrical installations to the applicable safety standards; the carrying out of acceptance checks, periodic checks and spot checks of electrical installations on behalf of the owners; the issuance of safety reports and measurement protocols following the checks carried out. The company also aims to advise clients on the state of conformity and safety of their electrical installations, as well as all related or complementary activities in these fields; the provision of advisory and technical expertise services in matters of electrical safety and conformity of installations; the organization of training or awareness-raising sessions on electrical safety standards (OIBT) for owners, managers or professionals; the preventive maintenance and diagnosis of existing electrical installations; the coordination between owners and electricians for the compliance of defective installations; the management of expertise reports and technical studies related to low-voltage electricity, as well as any other activities compatible with the purpose of the company. It may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in any form, in any similar enterprises, notably by taking participations in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
