The company's purpose is: a) all activities related to carpentry, joinery and renovation, in general, the manufacture of wood, in whatever form; b) all activities in the field of construction - including as a general contractor - in particular the study, planning, execution and promotion of all real estate projects as well as the execution of all work; c) the purchase, sale, import, export, processing and marketing in general of all products related to wood, materials and construction; d) all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; e) the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; f) the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
