It may create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and invest in any related or similar enterprises likely to develop its purpose. The company may also enter into any intercession acts in favor of a shareholder or third parties (individuals or legal entities), notably in the form of loans, pledges, guarantees, or others, if this promotes its interests.
