The company's purpose is: commercial intermediation and commercial representation in the sectors of design and interior design, including the promotion, intermediation, management of sales mandates, distribution, wholesale and retail trade (also online), import and export of lighting articles and systems, furniture, furnishings and related items. The company may also provide commercial, corporate and product consulting, as well as marketing activities related to the aforementioned fields. The company may grant financing, directly or indirectly, to third parties, including shareholders of the company or of companies in which they, directly or indirectly, participate, either through loans or other financing methods, or through guarantees of any kind. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, hold shares in other companies, represent third parties, and carry out any commercial activity and conclude any type of agreement that may be acts to promote the company's purpose or that are directly or indirectly related to it.
