The company may engage in any other activity that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, provided that such activity falls within the limited scope of representation of Bernstein Autonomous LLP, London, and does not require further authorization from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. The company may not acquire, manage or dispose of real estate directly or indirectly without the prior consent of the competent authorities.
