The company's purpose is the operation of a sauna, a massage parlor, and a bar, and all activities directly or indirectly related thereto, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial, or industrial operations, whether movable or immovable, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this is in its interest. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or related businesses, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may also acquire, operate, and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE).
