The company's purpose is the acquisition and exploitation of rental properties as well as all activities related to the realization of real estate projects, promotions, development, enhancement, purchases and sales of real estate, brokerage, management, in Switzerland and abroad, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, as well as all commercial, financial or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may take participations in all commercial, industrial or financial companies, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, as well as grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, group companies or third parties when it serves its interests.
