To provide its members, through their joint action, with affordable housing, particularly within the framework of the Federal Law encouraging the construction and ownership of housing (LF of 04.10.1974), while permanently removing these housing units from speculation. The cooperative builds, rents and sells housing at affordable prices. To this end, it can acquire buildings, encumber and sell them. It maintains its buildings in good condition and renovates them periodically. There must be a match between the surface area of the premises and the number of their users. It carries out its main activity mainly on the territory of Fribourg (see statutes for complete purpose).
