Children’s swimming from approx. 4 years, playful and safe; basic tests according to swimsports.ch, body position in the water, breathing, floating, gliding, locomotion, and an introduction to freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke.

Courses for toddlers from approx. 18 months to approx. 4 years with a reference person; playful water activities, creative theme worlds, gliding, floating and jumping.

Courses for babies and toddlers from approx. 5 to 18 months with a reference person; gentle supporting holds, getting used to the water, motor development and playful exercises.

Individual swimming training for every age; personal support, tailor-made exercises, flexible content and targeted progress for beginners and advanced swimmers.

Children’s and youth sports courses according to swimsports.ch standards; deepening techniques, dolphin, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle, diving, conditioning and competition-oriented training.
