The purpose of the company is to provide administrative and research services to customers in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to the companies of the Schonfeld Group. The company will not engage in activities that require authorization from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The company may enter into any transactions and conclude any contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the company, or that are directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and hold participations in other companies. The company may acquire, hold, encumber with limited real rights, manage, and dispose of real estate in Switzerland (only with exclusively commercial use) and abroad. The company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent companies, as well as to their or their direct or indirect subsidiary companies or to third parties, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees and personal securities of any kind, whether for consideration or not.
