1. The association aims to operate an independent, politically and denominationally neutral private school at the primary and secondary levels. It educates school-age children according to the curriculum of the Canton of Zurich in their intellectual, social, and emotional development.
2. To fulfill this purpose, the association operates, in particular: - Primary and secondary levels with supplementary day care; - Support and talent programs as well as leisure and vacation offerings; - Consulting and further education services for parents and teachers as well as other education-related institutions.
3. The association may conduct all business that is related to the purpose of the association or is suitable to promote it. In particular, it may acquire and dispose of real estate domestically and abroad, enter into cooperations with other educational institutions, and establish branches.
4. Profit orientation: The association is profit-oriented. In addition to the educational mandate, it also pursues the generation of profits, which - after the formation of legal reserves - can be distributed to the shareholders or used for the further development of the company.
