Schulverein Nepal

The association aims to promote school, vocational and further education, particularly in Sindhuli (Nepal), by financing the Swiss Sindhuli School (Nepal); awarding scholarships, particularly in Nepal, to children, young people and adults who, due to their economic circumstances and those of their family, cannot finance their education or further training themselves; and providing medical care, particularly in Nepal, to individuals who, due to their economic circumstances and those of their family, cannot afford necessary medical treatment themselves. In addition to Nepal, the association may also carry out the described promotional activities in other countries where large sections of the population cannot afford or only partially afford education and medical care. The association does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes.
