The purpose of the association is to operate an artificial ice rink to promote sporting activities, health, sociability and meaningful leisure activities for the population. The association pursues tasks and purposes serving the public and is non-profit. It can participate in other enterprises, grant loans, acquire, manage, encumber, dispose of, lease and sublease real estate, and furthermore carry out all legal actions that the purpose of the association entails and promotes.
