The company also aims to conduct all directly or indirectly related businesses, including the procurement, import, and export of raw materials, materials, and accessories. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries both domestically and abroad, acquire, manage, and dispose of intellectual property rights such as patents and licenses, assume representations, and engage in any business activity and enter into contracts of any kind that may be beneficial to the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may acquire, hold, manage, encumber, and sell real estate both domestically and abroad, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG).
