The company's purpose, excluding any operations related to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act (LBA), is to conduct studies, provide advice and deliver all services related to mergers and acquisitions, the creation and development of industrial and commercial partnerships, and corporate restructuring; to conduct studies and provide advice on corporate management and strategy; to carry out all industrial, commercial, financial, civil, movable or immovable property operations (in compliance with the LFAIE), whether directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose or to any similar or ancillary purposes, in order to facilitate the development of the company; and to engage in all sales and marketing activities for animal care products. The company may conduct any commercial and financial activity, make any investment or take any other action directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to achieve it. It may carry out these operations on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, as a representative or agent, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad.
