The company aims to conduct research, development, manufacturing, operation, licensing, and marketing of AI-powered software, system, and service solutions for comprehensive physical and digital risk intelligence, including risk identification, quantification, engineering, management, and transfer, as well as the structuring and optimization of insurance and alternative risk financing programs to maximize corporate resilience, and the provision of related consulting, analysis, data, and software-as-a-service offerings. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and/or abroad, and invest in other companies in Switzerland and/or abroad, acquire, hold, encumber, and dispose of real property or intellectual property rights in Switzerland and/or abroad, and conduct all commercial, financial, or other transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, as well as to third parties, either for a fee or free of charge, and provide security for the obligations of such persons or group companies in any form, including guarantees, pledges, and fiduciary transfers of the company's assets.
