The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, brokerage, management, administration, operation, and enhancement of real estate, and all real estate operations, with the exception of any real estate operations prohibited by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may engage in all activities directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, particularly in the field of patents, licenses, trademarks, or intangible rights. It may financially or otherwise participate in any enterprises or companies pursuing a similar purpose or related to the company's main purpose. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, conduct all commercial, movable, or immovable property operations, and enter into all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this promotes its interests.
