The association aims to promote and develop the security, leadership, and management competence of individuals, organizations, and institutions from the private, economic, and public sectors in a holistic manner. To this end, the association serves as a security forum, institute, academy, and competence and center facility for security management, leadership, and responsibility. The association's purpose is particularly realized through: - Promotion of security competence: Development, dissemination, and strengthening of technical, organizational, and strategic security competencies at the individual, organizational, and societal levels. - Training, further education, and advanced training: Operation of an academy for security management and leadership to conduct training, seminars, courses, workshops, certifications, and qualification programs in the fields of security, leadership, and responsibility. - Institute activities & research: Activities as an institute for security management and security and leadership competence, particularly through analysis, research, studies, concept development, and the development of practical security and leadership solutions. - Competence center & network platform: Operation of a competence center for security and leadership as a platform for knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary cooperation, networking of experts, and cooperation with businesses, authorities, educational institutions, and civil society organizations. - Security forum & dialogue: Organization and conduct of specialist events, conferences, forums, and discussion formats to promote security-relevant dialogue, raise awareness of risks, and strengthen a responsible security culture. - Leadership & responsibility: Promotion of responsible leadership in security management with particular consideration of ethics, sustainability, social responsibility, and legal frameworks. - Consulting & support: Support for individuals, companies, associations, and institutions in matters of security management, leadership, and organizational development - exclusively on an ideological and non-profit basis. The association pursues its objectives independently and impartially and sees itself as a center for security competence, leadership, and responsible action. The aim of the association is to support organizations nationally and internationally through suitable practical measures of any kind. The association opens doors, builds bridges, and removes obstacles, particularly through public relations and lobbying, education and consulting, but also through individual, personal consulting and promotion. Within the framework of its purpose, the association can nationally and internationally establish institutions, participate in other profit or non-profit institutions nationally and internationally, engage assistance, found organizations, or support them through donations.
