The company's purpose is to provide services in the real estate sector, in particular the acquisition, holding, rental, financing, creation and sale of properties in Switzerland and abroad, with the acquisition of properties in Switzerland being limited to operational properties within the meaning of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may establish branches, participate in other domestic and foreign companies, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or sell properties, securities, patents and other intellectual property rights, and enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
