Various financial activities, including the granting of loans to affiliated companies primarily based abroad and in Switzerland and the management of liquidity; the Company may also act as a guarantor for loans taken out by its affiliated companies; the participation, in any form, in commercial, financial or industrial enterprises, abroad and in Switzerland, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; the administration of such participations; all operations relating to the purchase, subscription, sale or exchange of shares, bonds and other securities. The Company may borrow funds in any manner in order to achieve the above-described purpose. In addition, the Company may provide administrative services to industrial and commercial enterprises and participate in the financing, notably by providing guarantees and securities of all kinds, of other entities of the group to which the Company belongs in the interest of said group, and establish branches or found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose. The Company may engage in any other activity useful for the promotion or realization of its purpose, directly or indirectly.
