The company's purpose is: a) the operation of an art gallery; b) the execution of all activities related to the transfer, sale, promotion, and enhancement of intangible assets and artistic works, notably works of art; c) the provision of artistic direction, curation, consulting, and project support services related to contemporary art, notably within art galleries, fairs, art prizes, as well as for private collections or cultural institutions. It may carry out any financial or commercial operations in connection with its purpose or capable of promoting it. It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, engage in any activities, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, with the exception of any operation subject to the LEAIE. It may grant guarantees, grant loans or advances to partners or to third parties.
