Preservation of the current character of the Bernese Campagne in Melchenbühl, including the Bernese patrician house, the Stöckli, as well as the farmhouse with shed and barn.

Conversion, complete refurbishment and gentle renovation of historic properties, including interior fit-out, re-insulation of the facade and roof, window replacement and replacement of building services.

Letting of converted apartments and units, including in the Campagne, the farmhouse and on the Zollgasse; the properties were fully rented out again after completion.

Distributions to Swiss charitable and non-profit, tax-exempt institutions selected by the board of trustees.
