The purpose of the company is to carry out service activities, in particular logistics consulting activities in various economic sectors, as well as strategic management and geopolitics, market research and studies, assistance in the introduction and marketing, development of any kind of product in Switzerland and/or abroad, as well as any other related activities, such as support in advertising and public relations activities, as well as the promotion and publicization of companies. The company may also carry out consulting and brokerage activities in connection with the sale, purchase, rental, leasing (including logrent) and rental of movable property for private, commercial and industrial use and provide any necessary services in this regard. The company may also assume representations of any kind of goods in the aforementioned sectors. The company may also acquire, sell, manage, receive and grant the use of technologies, technical know-how, industrial patents, trademarks, licenses and intellectual property rights in general, in particular in the aforementioned sectors. The company may also carry out activities of granting loans, guarantees, including mortgages, sureties and guarantees, also in favor of third parties, excluding, however, the exercise of banking and insurance activities. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with the applicable regulations. Any activity carried out in the real estate sector is not aimed at third parties but is limited to real estate for its own account. The company may assume, for its own account and not in a fiduciary capacity, interests and participations in other industrial, commercial, financial and service companies in Switzerland or abroad, in the sector related to the company's purpose or in other sectors. Finally, the company may carry out all commercial, industrial and financial operations deemed necessary or useful and functionally connected with the company's purpose or aimed at achieving it, and open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
