The company's purpose is to invest in companies and other businesses, particularly those in the start-up phase. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire interests in similar companies in Switzerland or abroad, acquire or establish similar or related businesses and make all investments directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote its realization, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
