The company's purpose is to take over, implement, finance and operate technical, energy-related and sustainable infrastructure, enabling the provision of public services to the inhabitants of the Henniez municipality and its surroundings, with the goal of achieving local energy transition and carbon neutrality. The company may: - carry out any financial, commercial, industrial and real estate activity, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; - participate in any company having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
