The company's purposes are: a) advising, developing, purchasing, producing, selling and marketing in general any product, in particular in the field of cosmetics; b) providing all services and performing all tasks in the field of corporate management and defending its own interests as well as those of any third party; c) carrying out all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (AMLA)), whether movable or immovable, always excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; d) acquiring interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as establishing branches; e) granting loans or advances to its shareholders or third parties, guaranteeing loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, securing such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage certificates or other securities, as well as subscribing to any other financial commitment. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
