The export and trade of steel products, the provision of services in the field of steel industry, the acquisition and administration of participations in other companies, the financing and provision of financial services of all kinds (in particular the provision of guarantees) to affiliated companies as well as to third parties, both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also carry out any activity aimed at developing the company and pursuing its social purpose; the company may hold minority and majority participations in other companies, establish branches, subsidiaries and representative offices, both in Switzerland and abroad, may acquire, hold and dispose of assets abroad as well as industrial property rights and carry out any activity directly and indirectly related to the aforementioned purposes.
