The company's purpose is the purchase and resale of industrial machines, after-sales service and generally any direct or indirect intervention. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, all except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may also carry out financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as contract guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
