The company's purpose is to study, advise and assist in the context of mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of companies. It may also develop any consulting and management activity. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad, on its own account or on behalf of third parties. It may lend to all companies and provide guarantees in their favor, even hypothecarily.
