The company's purpose is the purchase, rental and resale of all properties, particularly the construction on the plots it owns in the municipality of Crans-Montana, namely - art. 4029 fol. 6 no. 9 Vermala Haut places of 14,764 m2; - art. 4030 fol. 6 no. 10 idem pré mayen 13,600 m2 of rental properties and their dependencies, the management, administration and operation of these properties; the alienation of all or part of these properties by way of sale, exchange or contribution to a company; the rental to its own shareholders of the existing apartments in these properties or their dependencies and generally all real estate, financial or commercial transactions directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose.
