The association pursues the following goals: 1. Promoting Swiss expertise in vocational training: Offering market-adapted advice and resources with a particular focus on China, aiming to strengthen local skills and create mutual professional opportunities. These initiatives aim to valorize Swiss know-how and promote economic and social development, contributing to the common good through a beneficial sharing of knowledge for Swiss and Asian stakeholders. 2. Facilitating public and private cooperation: Creating a favorable framework for the development of partnerships between Swiss actors and Chinese partners in the field of vocational training. 3. Strengthening cultural and economic relations between Switzerland and Asia: Fostering mutual understanding and cultural exchange through educational and artistic programs accessible to the general public, supporting and promoting Swiss and Asian artists, particularly in the visual arts, music, and cinema. Organizing forums, exhibitions, concerts, and workshops open to all, as well as public conferences on topics of general interest, such as culture, education, and sustainable development, to enrich intercultural dialogue. 4. Developing training programs in China: Implementing a transfer of expertise by creating Swiss vocational training centers, aiming to share best practices in training to generate a positive social impact. 5. Facilitating access to mobility experiences: Helping young Swiss professionals connect with Chinese partners for mobility and international experience opportunities, while promoting the creation of collaboration networks between cultural, educational, and social institutions from both regions to promote public interest projects. The association works closely with other Swiss and Chinese public institutions, private companies, and other interested parties to achieve its goals.
