The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations, in particular the acquisition, sale, rental and management of properties, real estate promotions, brokerage, appraisals and the management and participation in companies active in these sectors, all to the exclusion of any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may in particular create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. It may grant loans or guarantees to its associates and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
