The purpose of the company is to engage in activities related to winter and summer tourism, mainly teaching snow sports, as well as activities as mountain guides, in Switzerland and/or abroad. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar or related purposes, merge with such companies, acquire or sell real estate, and conduct business and conclude contracts that are suitable for developing and expanding its purpose, or that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may grant loans to shareholders or third parties if this is beneficial to the company's interests. The company is established for an indefinite period.
