Furthermore, in compliance with applicable legal provisions (particularly the BewG), the company may acquire, manage, encumber, and dispose of real estate both domestically and abroad. The company may enter into transactions with or for the benefit of affiliated companies, particularly their direct or indirect shareholders and other group companies, whether for consideration or not. In particular, it may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to group companies or provide security for their obligations, including under cash pooling agreements.
