The company may carry out all renovation and decoration work, interior and exterior maintenance and landscaping in the building sector, as well as the import and export of all products related to the building sector; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions having an exclusively commercial purpose in Switzerland, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, participate in all forms in all companies, excluding all real estate transactions in Switzerland not exclusively used for commercial purposes; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
