The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular property management and administration of condominium properties, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). To this end, the company may, directly or indirectly, carry out all commercial and financial transactions in Switzerland and abroad, and participate, directly or indirectly, in all enterprises related to its corporate purpose in Switzerland and abroad, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if this serves its interests.
